I, the undersigned and the payer of your rent for three flats located at Mc Donald’s building (Flat No: 191,192,193), would like to bring your understanding that I have been paying your rent as per agreement 7000*3=21000 US DOLLARS for One and Half years. As we know all expense for water electricity and others has been increased well in the last one year.  So, I approach you with this letter to request you for the deduction of the rent to make expense equal and smooth for future works.

Therefore Sir, please be good enough to grand your favour to Deduct the Rent as Possible. I hope that you will favour regarding this matter.
